  • Where is the BRANDPRENUER® studio located?

    Discover us in the heart of Midtown Atlanta at 504 Fair St SW, Atlanta, GA, nestled within the vibrant Russell Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Our convenient location places us just moments away from the iconic Mercedes-Benz Stadium, with Paschal's Restaurant right across the street.

  • Does BRANDPRENUER® only shoot in your Atlanta studio?

    Choose Your Perfect Backdrop: Embrace our in-house studio or let us connect you with the ideal setting for your brand using third-party services like Peerspace. We've fostered strong relationships with multiple studios in and around Atlanta, simplifying the rental process for you. Please keep in mind that these locations may incur a per-hour fee.

  • Does BRANDPRERNUER® travel?

    Yes, we proudly serve clients nationwide and internationally. For clients located outside of Atlanta, GA, our all-inclusive pricing includes a travel fee, ensuring that you receive the same professional service and captivating imagery at your preferred location. No matter where you are, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and showcasing your unique identity with our signature style and expertise.   • What are the business hours for BRANDPRENUER® ?

    Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM/EST. Please be aware that we are closed during the weekends and national holidays.

  • I'm not good at taking photos, does the photography team help?

    This is our specialty! At every session, we pride ourselves on crafting a relaxed and enjoyable environment for each session. You don't need any prior experience because we'll guide you every step of the way. With a positive attitude, you're guaranteed to achieve fantastic images. Even for those who dislike being in front of the camera, you'll soon appreciate our ability to keep sessions short and highly effective, ensuring you walk away with stunning photos.

  • What backdrops do you have available at the studio?

    Welcome to BRANDPRENUER, where our digital design studio opens up a world of limitless possibilities for you. Here's how it works: during the photoshoot, we capture your image against a standard white backdrop. In the editing process, we skillfully cut you out and seamlessly place you on a background that aligns perfectly with your creative preferences or company needs. The result? A stunning, custom-made image that truly represents your unique vision and brand.

  • Does BRANDPRENUER® provide a makeup artist for each session?

    Yes, we offer makeup services for all our photo sessions. This optional service comes at an additional fee to enhance your appearance and ensure you look your absolute best during your photo shoot.

  • Is styling assistance avaliabe?

    Absolutely! With each of our BRAND DAY packages, you'll receive a personalized virtual style consultation. During your BRAND DAY photo shoot, a dedicated personal stylist will be present on set in Atlanta, ready to assist you with steaming clothes, outfit changes, and curating the perfect selection of clothing and jewelry. 


    Additionally, for all our business photography sessions, you have the option to include a stylist to enhance your overall look and create a polished, professional image.

  • What is the cancelation policy for BRANDPRENUER®?

    After you've made the deposit and our process has commenced, you have until the conclusion of your second brand clarity session to request a full refund. Once we move beyond that stage, you can either apply half of your deposit towards a credit for one of our image development services or choose to forfeit that amount.

  • What are your standard liscencing terms?

    Clients retain 100% usage rights to all original photos taken during their session. There are no hidden fees, and you are not required to license or credit us for your photos.

  • What does retouching mean?

    In our retouching process, we utilize AI technology to enhance the photo's quality by performing the following:

    • Removing stray hairs
    • Whitening teeth
    • Eliminating acne
    • Minimizing under-eye bags and wrinkles
    • Enhancing lighting
    • Providing the option to slim your face or body
    • Expertly cutting out your image and applying a background

  • I want to book a BRAND Day. When will my brand be completed?

    Upon the conclusion of your BRAND DAY, your images will be conveniently delivered through an electronic gallery. You'll have the opportunity to make your selections within 48 hours. Following your branding session, we estimate approximately 30 days to finalize your brand video and website. However, the timeline is dependent on your availability and the timely completion of deliverables.
