No — your membership gives you flexibility to schedule your session any time throughout the year, so you can time your session with product launches, promotions, or seasonal campaigns.
Can I cancel my BRAND PASS membership or transfer it to someone else?
BRAND PASS memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you join, your membership is active for the full 12-month term, and your payment plan must be completed as agreed.
Your included session is exclusively reserved for you and cannot be transferred, gifted, or rescheduled outside your membership term. This policy ensures that each member receives consistent VIP access, priority booking, and the exclusive perks that come with BRAND PASS.
